buried

Taylor Arcand

the most satisfying moment

in my life was the only time

i felt as if i was…

falling,

falling

into anything but a cheap reality

which my therapist tells me is

a sense of false

fucking hope

for a more captivating life.

Some nights when the moon is

buried,

and I marry that fantasy

i still

fall

into that feeling.
